Parc national de la Gaspésie

Gaspésie protects the highest summits in southern Quebec, including Mont Jacques-Cartier (1,268 m) — home to the only woodland caribou herd south of the St. Lawrence. The park sits inside a 25 km horseshoe of peaks with genuine alpine tundra. The Gîte du Mont-Albert offers hotel comfort in the park; Sépaq shuttle-buses run to trailheads.
